Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Flexibility to work in the US shift is essential. 2. Team Management: Lead and supervise the CCTV monitoring team, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 3. Surveillance Operations: Oversee the monitoring of CCTV cameras across all managed properties to ensure continuous surveillance. Ensure all incidents are recorded accurately and timely. Review and analyze CCTV footage as required for investigations or audits. 4. Security Protocols: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CCTV operations specific to property management. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding surveillance and privacy. Coordinate with property management and security personnel to enhance overall security measures. 5. Incident Management: Respond to and manage security incidents within the properties, coordinating with emergency services and internal stakeholders as necessary. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain a log of all security activities. Conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure the team is prepared for various scenarios. 6. Technology Management: Ensure all CCTV equipment is maintained and functioning properly. Coordinate with IT and maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades of surveillance systems. Stay updated on the latest surveillance technology and recommend upgrades as necessary. 7. Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on surveillance activities and security incidents specific to each property. Maintain accurate records of all monitoring activities and ensure proper documentation is filed. Present findings and reports to senior management and property owners as required. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 8 years in a security or surveillance role within property management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using Remote monitoring of CCTV systems and related technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
