Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Odisha, India, for a Real Estate Salesperson at Surekha Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding market trends, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish. Qualifications Customer Service and Sales skills Possession of a valid Real Estate License Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate markets Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with property management and real estate regulations Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
