Responsibilities also include formulating strategies for project management and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions to meet business goals. Qualifications Strong Project Management and Team Management skills to lead and coordinate teams effectively. Proficiency in Technical Support and Research and Development (R&D) within the transportation or related sectors. Exceptional Analytical Skills for solving complex technical challenges and making data-driven decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an advantage. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, or a related technical field.
