Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for
process mapping
, translating verbally described business processes into
Visio and/or Excel templates
.
Prepare and maintain
project documentation
, including meeting notes, minutes, and action trackers.
Conduct
follow-ups
with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
Draft and maintain
risk statements, control descriptions, and compliance documents
.
Support
data collection, validation, and reporting
for ongoing projects.
Assist senior consultants and PMO leads in
day-to-day coordination, governance, and reporting activities
.
Ensure
accuracy and version control
of documentation maintained across shared repositories.

Preferred Candidate Profile

410 years of experience in
project coordination, documentation, or PMO support
roles.
Strong skills in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
for process documentation and analysis.
Excellent
communication, organizational, and multitasking
abilities.
Experience with
risk & control documentation or governance frameworks
is preferred.
Detail-oriented and capable of working
independently with minimal supervision
.
Candidates from
BPM / BPO, Consulting, or IT Services
backgrounds are preferred.
