Company Overview Iron Systems is an innovative, customer-focused provider of custom-built computing infrastructure platforms such as network servers, storage, OEM/ODM appliances & embedded systems For more than 15 years, customer have trusted us for our innovative problem solving combined with holistic design, engineering, manufacturing, logistic and global support services GHRI NPT (New Program Transition) is responsible for onboarding tasks during a new program transition period The scope also includes new and ongoing trainings, background verification, placements on the internal portal, verifications, approvals etc GHRI NPT plays a very important role in managing escalations related to compliance The tasks may also include managing the HR related tasks such as leave management GHRI NPT is accountable for all workers getting onboarded to Iron in terms of processes as well as portal Key Responsibilities Functional Requirements: Proven work experience into training coordination Handling all L1 escalations for all queries related to governance issues Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training with the workers across the region Co-ordinating with vendors and stakeholders for handling the code of conduct Educational Qualification: b tech Graduate or any Science degree or Diploma Professional Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skill Good understanding of code of conducts and ethical behaviour Strong proficiency with MS Office Minimum Functional Skills / Competencies Required Problem-Solving Quick Learner Ability to work under pressure Time-management skills Analytical & Numerical Skills Willingness to face new challenges
