Job Description

Monitor and control the entire pilgering process to ensure that it is running efficiently and producing high-quality products. Analyze the various stages of the pilgering process, including tube preparation, reduction, and final sizing. Troubleshoot any issues with equipment or the process that may lead to inefficiencies or defects. Ensure the pilger mill and associated machinery are maintained regularly to prevent breakdowns. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure any issues are resolved quickly to minimize downtime. Oversee quality control measures to ensure that the final product meets the specified dimensional and quality standards. Work on improving the pilgering process to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Keep detailed records of production processes, including parameters, product quality, and any issues encountered. Generate and submit reports on production performance, downtime, and process improvements.
