Job Description

1. Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance : To analyze the types of breakdown and to identify the needs for preventive and Predictive actions. 2. Material Management : To ensure that all the non‚–conforming materials and maintenance waste are suitably disposed off To ensure that equipment wise history cards are updated to keep track of future course of action with in the budgetary frame work. 3. Stock Availability : To ensure the buffer stock for healthy and continuous equipment availability. To co‚–ordinate with the concerned department in respect of optimal utility of the suppliers / maintenance job workers. 4. Record Keeping : To ensure that the proper records are maintained as per ISO standards at all stages of maintenance. To monitor proper functioning of all pollution control devices/water sprinklers To implement condition monitoring system of the equipment
