Support & Implementation Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Support and Implementation Engineer with strong technical knowledge and excellent customer-handling skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing our software solutions, providing client support, and ensuring smooth onboarding for customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement software solutions for new and existing clients
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
• Perform database-related tasks with strong MySQL knowledge
• Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely updates
• Conduct on-site or remote setup and configuration

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MySQL database
• Experience in technical support or software implementation
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
• Basic understanding of IT systems and software deployment

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare or software implementation projects
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
