Role & responsibilities Creating E-Learning for online and classroom trainings with Avendoo Move platform. 2. Creating recordings and clickdummy by using SAP Enable Now. 3. Technical editing of service related content for the global KSB SupremeServ Team with 2000+ users in service; 4. To support tasks related to content management (training files, documents, Video Clips, Drawing etc.) for SupremeServ Net. 5. Communicate and co-ordinate with internal as well as external stakeholders, to ensure completeness and correctness of given task in time. Preferred candidate profile Very good knowledge of pump, pump assembly and service related topics. • Good technical understanding with inclination for documentation. • Creative thinking. • Good Aptitude knowledge. • Very good MS-Office knowledge (esp. MS Power Point; MS Word, MS EXCEL); exposure to documentation software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After effects, ST4 ) shall be plus. • Good communication and time management skills. • Focussed and committed team player qualities Perks and benefits
