The primary responsibility of the Support Engineer is handling the 1st Level ticket queue, providing advice to our customers, and maintaining the support knowledge base. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional advice to clients via our ticketing system Work close with 2nd Level Support, follow-up and trace fixes and solutions Review and update knowledge base articles Contribute to continuous improvement activities Participate in trainings incl. self-learning and on the job trainings Required Qualifications: University degree in IT or equivalent Alternative: technical degree (Technician....)
