Role: Agilysys Support Engineer Work location: Remote Work Salary: Market Type: Fulltime with our client About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Agilysys systems, particularly with configuration tools like IGCM and IG12. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Agilysys environments and a strong understanding of configuration management within these systems. This role will involve supporting configuration changes and potentially participating in system upgrade or migration initiatives. Required skills and qualification: Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience working with Agilysys systems. Strong working knowledge of IGCM and IG12 tools. Familiarity with configuration management processes in a production environment. Experience in migrating from Agilysys version 4.5.3 to IG12, preferable but not a must Exposure to hospitality or point-of-sale systems supported by Agilysys. Ability to work in client-facing or cross-functional project teams. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
