Job Description

Require and IT Support Engineer how will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users and ensure the smooth option of IT systems and branch level. This role involves troubleshooting the hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining systems. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end users for both hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, hardware, and network connectivity. Network Support: Assist with network issues, including troubleshooting connectivity problems, managing IP addresses, and supporting LAN/WAN setups. Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and backups. Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for performance and security issues. Collaboration with Other IT Teams : Work with system administrators, network engineers, and other IT staff to resolve more complex technical issues and improve overall IT infrastructure. Security Compliance: Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing best practices for data protection, including anti-virus solutions, encryption, and access control. Inventory and Asset Management: Track and maintain records of hardware and software inventory. Ensure all IT equipment is appropriately configured and maintained. Escalation : Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT engineers or relevant departments for further investigation and resolution. Attention to Detail : Detail-oriented with the ability to document technical processes, create user manuals, and track IT issues and resolutions. Working Conditions: Office / Remote work: FLS should have to seat at branch location and should be support remotely. Working Hours: Normal office hours (preferred to have flexible) On-Call Support:
