Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical/application support for various software applications.
Handle L1, L2, and L3 level tickets effectively.
Write and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting and data retrieval.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Maintain documentation of support processes and solutions.
Work in rotational shifts as required.

Experience Requirement:

3 - 5 years of experience in application support, SQL development, or related IT support roles.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and resolving application-related incidents.
Experience in L1, L2, and L3 ticket management and escalation processes.
Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and performance optimization.
Exposure to Linux or UNIX environments for application troubleshooting and support.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Ability to document processes, solutions, and create knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
