Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis. Your expertise in SQL, log file extraction, and cloud environments will be key in solving software and application-related issues. Additionally, your strong database understanding will play a crucial role in testing the system and managing incident lifecycles. You will also be involved in patch releases and managing customer communications. Moreover, your functional knowledge will be tested as you dive into understanding point of sales operations, inventory management, sales, promotion, omnichannel ordering, e-commerce, CRM, ERP integration, and POS. You will be required to create test plans for the testing team and perform user acceptance testing in the final project. Being tech-savvy is a must for this role. In terms of personality traits, your wide knowledge of retail concepts will be advantageous. You should possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and persuade others. The ability to deliver optimal results under pressure and work both independently and as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.,
