Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing and assessing requirements with all stakeholders, developing implementation roadmaps, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and managing change processes for digital transformation in Warehouse processes. Your role will also involve promoting innovative ideas and identifying opportunities within Warehouse Management and Space Planning Systems in Retail & CPG sector. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and assess requirements with stakeholders - Develop implementation roadmaps based on business demands - Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new strategic investments - Manage change processes for digital transformation - Promote sustainable and innovative ideas for state-of-the-art solutions - Identify opportunities and provide solutions within Warehouse Management and Space Planning Systems in Retail & CPG sector Qualifications: - Supply chain management experience with strong functional, technical, and customer-facing skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; certification in Supply Chain & Logistics preferred - Ability to interpret requirements using various methods - Experience in warehouse transformation programs and operational pursuit activities - Familiarity with a variety of Supply Chain management packaged solutions - Strong communication skills to engage with people at all levels - Ability to create unique solutions for complex material engineering flow problems - Experience in agile implementation methodology preferred - Willingness to travel 100% to customer sites both domestically and internationally,
