About The Role At least 1.5 - 3 years of experience with SupplyChain Planning Consultant with extensive experience in Supply chain management,Demand planning, Supply planning Experience on implementing o9 or any otherplanning applications like Anaplan, BY, Kinaxis, SAP IBP or Relix Deep understanding of supply chain planningconcepts including Distribution Planning, Master Planning. S&OP,Heuristic/Optimization based supply chain solvers Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skillsthrough software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server,MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar isdesirable Proficient in the use of MicrosoftExcel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation Strong ability to lead by example anddemonstrate proficiency in both product and domain. Patient listener with the ability clearlyarticulate your view point to manage and deliver to customer expectations, evenunder pressure Ability to analyse and process large amounts ofdata and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highestvalue opportunities or the biggest risks is key
