Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and order fulfillment process to ensure timely procurement, inventory accuracy, order processing, and delivery efficiency. Your role is crucial in meeting customer expectations and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, coordinating with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams. - Plan and manage procurement schedules, liaising with suppliers for timely and cost-effective procurement. - Ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate with warehouse teams, and address inventory discrepancies. - Prepare reports on order fulfillment, inventory health, logistics costs, and supplier performance. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining accurate documentation. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. - 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management. - Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with tools like Zoho, SAP, or Oracle is a plus. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail.,
