What would you do?
The role is to support the buying team, ensuring that tasks are undertaken accurately to drive overall performance in the business unit. To carry out the accurate filing and maintenance of required records in line with company procedures and legal guidelines, on behalf of the category. Responsible for recommending and inputting into, Pricing, Promotional Activity, Product specification, Supplier selection as appropriate to product data. Collect accurate data and provide actionable insights for the category teams to implement. Build effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.

What are we looking for?
Product Data
  • Manage End to End product setup process with core and non-core inputs once SKU is included in the Range Plan. Set up a supplier and product if required. Action product amendments in relevant systems when requested by Buying team (eg Pack Size, Description, Supplier factory information)
  • Manage product benchmarking (new or already ranged) against the market
  • Create and store product technical files (regulatory requirement for a product to be sold)
  • Maintain Product Approval Tracker. Manage reporting processes required for compliance based on product classification. Manage product return refunds – partial or full.
  • Manage and resolve order issues by working with Supplier and Trading teamsCore Competencies
  • Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization

  • Experience:o1-4 years of experience in order management, or supply chain management

  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
  • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
  • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
