About The Role

Skill required: Plan - Retail Forecasting & Replenishment

Designation: Supply Chain Operations Senior Analyst

Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:5 to 8 years

What would you do? In this role, you will be supporting the demand forecasting and planning process, ensuring that supply and demand are aligned to meet business goals.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, to develop and manage demand plans that optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess inventory.This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and experience with demand planning best practices.

What are we looking for? Forecast and Order

Review sales vs forecast for promotion lines, determine promotion changes, tag promotion changes in Demand Planner and amend forecast based on changes made

Assign promotion forecast based on past sales data. Assist Merchandising team in implementing aspects of the category strategy to deliver KPIs including sales, profit, stock, and availability

Understand and use relevant systems in the management of intake, availability and stock

Work with the supply teams to ensure that stock and availability targets are metCore Competencies

Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization

Good vermal and written communication

Ability to work effectively in a team environmentOther Expectations

Helpful and proactive manner, with a service orientation

Drives issues to resolution

Good organisational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good communication skills & ability to interface with clients.

Good interpersonal and administrative skills

Experience:o2-4 years business experience with a focus on supply chain processes, especially in the Retail or Consumer Goods space

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems

Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture

You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management

You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments

Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others

In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
Qualification Any Graduation
