Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities

• Policy & Procedure Development: Create and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and align operations with organizational goals.
• Holistic Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including vendor development, logistics, finance, MIS, and quality control.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, with a focus on forecasting and cost optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand their operational needs and align operations accordingly.
• Vendor Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement continuous improvement strategies to elevate operational performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the operations team, including training and performance management.
• Client Portfolio Growth: Drive operational excellence to expand business opportunities with existing clients.
• Client Engagement: Indirectly handle a portfolio of clients, fostering growth and opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Directly lead a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), supervisors, and operational staff, overseeing their performance, training, and development.
