Wildship Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing e-commerce organization committed to delivering high-quality products with a seamless customer experience. We are expanding our operations and seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to strengthen our supply chain and logistics function.

🔹 Role Overview

The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end supply chain process — including procurement planning, vendor management, logistics coordination, and inventory control. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely product movement, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete supply chain cycle from procurement to delivery.
Plan and forecast material requirements based on business demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and vendors.
Track and maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses.
Review vendor performance regularly and negotiate for best pricing and service.
Ensure accurate and timely movement of goods with minimum delays.
Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Coordinate with warehouse, finance, production, and sales teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain compliance with internal company policies and government regulations.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions

🔹 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, vendor management, or logistics.
Strong understanding of inventory planning and transportation operations.
Proficiency in supply chain software / ERP systems is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong leadership and problem-solving mindset.

🔹 Preferred Expertise

Experience in e-commerce supply chain will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of import/export and international shipping documentation is preferred.
Ability to track KPIs and implement process improvements.
