Supply Chain Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (In-person)Reporting to: Supply Chain and Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

• Demand Forecasting & Re-Ordering
• Analyse sell-through, regional trends, and seasonal demand to build rolling 4–8-week replenishment plans.
• Raise timely purchase orders (POs) to vendors/warehouse to ensure optimal stock cover and prevent stockouts.
• Stock Movement & Allocation
• Monitor ecommerce transfers, inter-store transfers, reverse logistics, and RTVs to maintain balanced inventory and minimise ageing stock.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for on-time dispatches and receipts.
• Sync and validate inventory data between Retail POS, Ecommerce Sites, Brand D2C Site, and Unicommerce (OMS Platform); proactively flag mismatches and system issues.
• Present weekly OTB (Open-to-Buy) summaries, sell-through insights, and stock-health dashboards to the Head of Retail.
• Process Improvement
• Map current replenishment workflows and introduce lean practices to reduce inefficiencies, stockouts, and overstocking.
• Support SOP creation for new-store rollouts—including safety stock norms, replenishment logic, and planogram adherence.
• 2–3 years of experience in inventory planning, merchandising, or supply-chain roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering (MBA/PGDM in Retail preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) with an analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
