Track and analyze sales performance across e-commerce platforms to identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and stock availability. Work closely with customer support teams to handle queries and resolve complaints efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile: 1-2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry or a related field. Strong understanding of order fulfillment and logistics coordination. Hands-on experience with platforms like Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Shopify, Dusaan, Firstcry, Blinkit, and Zepto. Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems. Experience in order fulfillment, procurement, and invoice submission. Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
