Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Supply Chain Excellence Manager to join our team at Nivea India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, procurement, and inventory management processes.
Implement lean principles and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with supply chain management software and tools is an asset.
