PiLog products include but not limited to MDRM, MDOM, iDQM, iMDRM, iSPIR, iTransform & iVisualize powered by Data Science [AI & ML] Job Summary: As an Supply Chain Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising and leading organizations through the design and implementation of advanced supply chain strategies. You will utilize your expertise to optimize all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement and production to distribution and logistics, ensuring maximum efficiency, cost savings, and strategic alignment with client objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end supply chain assessments for clients, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes. Develop and implement customized supply chain solutions that enhance client performance, focusing on cost reduction, process optimization, and sustainable practices. Guide clients in the selection and implementation of supply chain technologies and tools (ERP, forecasting, WMS, TMS, etc.), ensuring system integration and data flow across all supply chain functions. Drive advanced forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with senior leadership teams, operational managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with overall business goals. Design and deliver client-facing presentations, reports, and workshops, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and performance metrics. Provide guidance on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and risk mitigation strategies within the supply chain. Monitor the execution of implemented solutions, tracking performance metrics and providing ongoing optimization recommendations. Lead and mentor junior consultants, sharing best practices and developing their technical and consulting skills. Stay at the forefront of supply chain trends, technology, and regulatory changes, bringing innovative solutions to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is highly desirable. Minimum of [X] years of experience in supply chain consulting or senior roles in supply chain management, with a proven track record of leading and executing successful projects. Deep understanding of supply chain optimization techniques, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution networks. Expertise in supply chain technology, with hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), supply chain analytics, and demand planning tools. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation, delivering measurable results. Advanced knowledge of data analysis, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), and performance metrics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders. Proven ability to analyze complex supply chain issues and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly preferred. Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
