We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing and managing supply chain data to support process optimization and decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in sourcing activities by providing data-driven insights and vendor-related analysis. What you'll Do Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier performance metrics. Develop reports and dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate and consistent data across systems and databases, ensuring data integrity. Assist in sourcing activities by analyzing supplier data, evaluating vendor performance, and supporting data-driven supplier selection processes. Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization in the supply chain through data analysis. Support the supply chain team by providing timely insights to aid strategic decision-making. Contribute to the automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You Should Have A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or any related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis tools). Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Basic understanding of sourcing and vendor management concepts. Interest in supply chain processes and data management. A proactive attitude and sense of ownership over assigned tasks. Nice to Have Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc) from a data analysis or reporting perspective. Academic projects, internships, or certifications related to supply chain analytics or data management. Familiarity with supply chain data quality and governance practices.
