Supply Chain Analyst

As a Supply Chain Analytics Specialist at Axalta, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making in supply chain operations. Your expertise in SQL and Power BI, coupled with a strong analytical mindset, will be key in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiencies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into supply chain performance, demand forecasting, and inventory management. - Proficient in DAX queries and M-queries. - Utilize SQL as required for data analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to understand business requirements and implement analytics solutions. - Perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure high data accuracy and quality. - Optimize supply chain processes through predictive analytics and trend analysis. - Automate reporting processes and enable self-service analytics. - Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all supply chain analytics solutions. **Key Requirements:** - 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics or a similar role. - Strong expertise in building and managing Azure Data Pipelines. - Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization techniques. - Experience working with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data manipulation. - Understanding of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with AI/ML models for supply chain forecasting. - Familiarity with Azure Data Pipelines, Azure Databricks, and big data processing. - Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
