Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to achieve desired results.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve employee performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role, with at least 2 years of experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
Any Graduate degree is required.
