Supervisor - Support Service

Role Overview: You will supervise and manage the daily work schedules and tasks of PCA, Housekeeping, and Attendant staff to ensure efficient performance of support services activities such as cleaning, patient assistance, and facility maintenance. Your role will involve monitoring staff attendance, performance, and adherence to protocols, providing guidance and training, and maintaining strong communication between staff and management. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, conduct inspections, and collaborate with other departments to meet patient needs and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily work schedules and tasks of PCA, Housekeeping, and Attendant staff - Ensure all support services activities are performed efficiently and to standard - Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to protocols - Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members - Maintain strong communication between staff and management - Assist in training of new support service employees - Oversee inventory management of housekeeping and patient care supplies - Conduct regular inspections of work areas for cleanliness and safety standards - Collaborate with other departments to meet patient needs and organizational objectives - Maintain records related to staff schedules, training, incidents, and performance reports Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in supervising support service staff - Strong communication and leadership skills - Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations - Ability to collaborate with other departments and team members effectively Please note that the job type is Full-time and the work location is in-person.,
