Job Role:

Managing the flow of products from production to delivery, including verifying orders, coordinating with production and logistics, ensuring quality and compliance, and handling documentation. Responsibilities include scheduling dispatches, confirming stock availability, supervising packaging and labelling, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining detailed records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order verification and management: Receive and verify incoming orders, ensure pricing and promotions are correct, and manage inventory levels to meet delivery requirements.
• Coordination with production: Liaise with the production team to confirm stock availability, verify batch numbers, and ensure products are ready for dispatch on time.
• Quality and compliance: Oversee the packaging and labelling process to ensure brand consistency and adherence to regulations like FSSAI compliance.
• Shipment preparation: Assemble and verify orders, check for product integrity (like temperature and packaging), and generate necessary shipping labels and documentation.
• Transportation: Schedule and coordinate with delivery partners (Transporters) or in-house fleets logistics team for timely pickups, monitor deliveries, and proactively resolve any transportation issues or delays.
• Record keeping and reporting: Maintain detailed dispatch logs, delivery records, tracking sheets, and temperature logs. Prepare and share periodical performance reports.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for sales team and other departments to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Documentation: Ensure all required paperwork, such as delivery challans, proof of delivery, and invoices, is accurately completed and submitted to Finance team for payment procedures and debit / Credit Notes processing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in Dispatch section (Food Industry preferable).

Knowledge:

Must have the knowledge of Dispatch Planning & Scheduling.

Must have the knowledge of Route plan.

Must monitor vehicle tracking & timely deliveries

Skills:

Must have the strong communication skill to deal with several transporters.

Minimum knowledge in MS office & Excel.

Should have to co-ordinate with other departments like Production, QC & Logistics.

Strong documentation and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
