Supervisor, Salesforce CPQ

As a Salesforce CPQ - Solution Architect at RSM, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) projects. Your expertise will be vital in understanding and translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform effectively. You will be responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead a team to design and develop quality solutions that meet client requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver as an individual contributor and lead a team of Business Analysts, Consultants, Developers, and/or Solution Architects in standalone projects or larger engagements - Collaborate with Business Analysts to capture, understand, recommend best practices, and prioritize client business requirements - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform - Lead technical design sessions, estimate user stories, and develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives - Demonstrate Salesforce CPQ expertise, educate clients on best practices, and ensure adherence across the implementation team - Assist in creating best practice assets and accelerators in Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash processes - Provide Salesforce CPQ expertise during sales efforts and estimate technical level of effort - Coach and mentor junior resources, while taking responsibility for configuration and development on Salesforce projects **Qualifications:** - 7-10 years of experience with 5+ years in Salesforce CPQ, with 2+ years as a Solution Architect - Experience in translating business requirements into functional user stories - Design scalable solutions using Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud and other Salesforce products - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage tasks and drive issue resolution - Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications are required, Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM) experience is a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with Advanced Approvals, Salesforce Communities, Salesforce Billing, and recommending CPQ solutions - Functional knowledge of 3rd party applications like Prodly, Conga, SpringCM, DocuSign, etc. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies - Salesforce Certifications such as Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional, Community Cloud Consultant, etc. - Travel required: Less than 30% RSM offers a competitive benefits and compensation package, along with flexibility in your schedule to help you balance work and personal life.
