Job Summary: Responsible for leading local efforts in the areas of HRIS, Recruitment, Compensation, and HR Compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications, and/or meetings Responsibilities: • Ensures all employees have an effective orientation in to iQor. • Ensures procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant e.g. ISO Training Procedures. • Offers new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Identifies and implements new HR practices and processes. Manage and drive employee life cycle from Joining till Exit and focused on enhancing employee experience. Ensure HR Induction & orientation of new joiners on policies, procedures and companys overview. Carry out Exit Analysis and focus on developing retention strategies to control attrition. Ensure completion of exit formalities and execution of Separation process smoothly. Maintain HR MIS and HR reports on Manpower planning, Attrition, Payroll, etc. Maintain HR Dashboards for periodic reviews with HR and Operation Leadership. Ensure complete due diligence for HR and audits for the organization. • Ensuring and driving other disciplinary and labor laws as per requirement in the company. Implement sound Performance Management processes and build a culture of performance Drive “HR Central” desk for Counseling/ grievance handling through open forum, skip level meetings etc. Plan and create the Annual calendar for employee engagement activities and manage its adherence. Manage organizations’ stakeholders internal & external for HR related matters. Facilitate Employees group medical health insurance accident policy for the employees Formulate, implement and monitor of HR policies and HR processes so as to align with organization vision and mission. • Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority. • Establishes new measurement systems if/where possible. • Exchanges knowledge and information with other Training Managers to ensure best practices are shared throughout the iQor organization. • Provides policy guidance and standards of achievement to management concerning diversity initiatives. • Expedites and coordinates internal transfers. Refers candidates to the hiring manager. • Consults on employee relations matters, job classifications, and employee morale issues. • Compiles statistical HRIS reports for department (i.e. costs per hire, turnover, recruiting efficiency, hire ratios, response rates, referral factors, etc.). • Participates and leads team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Manager. • Coaches/consults with managers and employees on issues including: performance, terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. • Coordinates all employee activities/programs. • Participates in team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Manager. • Oversees the records retention of all Employee Personnel Files (both active and inactive employees). • Performs other duties as assigned. Skills Requirements • 6 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering role • Has working knowledge of many software packages. Education Requirements Masters in Human Resources/ Business Administration preferred.
