Description
As a Manager of the Executive Assistance Team at EY in GDS India, your role will involve managing the operations of the team that provides administrative support to the global EY office Senior Leadership Team. You will also be responsible for supporting Leaders/PPEDs with their business needs and ensuring operational and administrative issues are resolved proactively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders - Stay updated with the latest EY policies - Prioritize work effectively and balance multiple priorities using excellent communication and task management skills - Serve as the GDS representative - Monitor and maintain team performance, ensuring Exceptional Client Service (ECS) is consistently delivered - Identify training and development areas for team members - Support team members appropriately and ensure performance management processes are in place - Contribute to improvements in tools, systems, and procedures used by the team - Monitor instructions, workflow, and assignments to ensure efficient team operations - Drive innovation within the team and explore new opportunities for EY - Strengthen the connection of the local team with the global EY GDS organization - Participate in strategic initiatives and projects - Handle operational matters effectively **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Minimum 10 years of professional experience - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a people manager and service delivery manager - Advanced English skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - People management skills - Ability to understand and comply with deadlines and priorities - Experience in building high-performing teams across generations, cultures, and locations - Experience with MS Teams, Visio, SharePoint, Tableau, Azure, and Power BI will be advantageous **Qualifications Required:** - Previous successful team management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members - Previous experience as an Executive Assistant with extensive diary and inbox management - Experience in leading strategic initiatives As part of EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and global delivery network.
