Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, cold-calling, networking, and referrals. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners. Conduct product presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and roadshows. Collect market insights and competitor information to support strategy building. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM / reporting tools. Coordinate with the marketing team for branding, digital promotions, and events. Support after-sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports on sales performance.
