Job Title: DevOps Engineer Location: Vadodara On Site/Hybrid Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Experience Level: 6+ Years Role Overview Were looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer who can bridge the gap between development and operations, someone who thrives in automating workflows, scaling systems, and ensuring our infrastructure runs like clockwork. Youll design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, improve system reliability, and optimize cloud environments (AWS/Azure) for performance, security, and cost. Your mission: make software delivery fast, predictable, and resilient. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Build, scale, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, security, and observability. CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and optimize deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions, with automated testing and rollback strategies. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage infrastructure through Terraform, ensuring consistency across environments and promoting automated workflows. Containerization & Orchestration: Develop and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes, including helm-based deployments and autoscaling. Observability & Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and visualization using New Relic or Prometheus, and Grafana to ensure system reliability. Automation & Tooling: Create automation scripts (in Python, Bash, or Go) to streamline builds, deployments, and maintenance. Security & Compliance: Apply DevSecOps principles secrets management, vulnerability scanning, least-privilege IAM policies, and secure networking practices. Collaboration: Work closely with developers and QA engineers to improve release velocity, incident response, and platform stability. Technical Requirements Strong hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory) and/or Azure (compute, networking, IAM, ECS/EKS, VPC, storage, monitoring). Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud-native architectures. Proficient in at least one of the following: (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go) for automation and tooling. Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and GitOps workflows. Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions). Familiar with security best practices from IAM hardening to secrets and policy management. Working knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, ELK, Datadog, etc.). Soft Skills Strong ownership mind-set - you take responsibility for uptime, performance, and the success of your systems. Excellent communication - able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex systems simply. Analytical and methodical problem-solving approach. Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and knowledge sharing. Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments. Job Title: Contract .NET Developer (3 months)Location: hybrid/Remote Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications using .NET Core, Web API, and MVC. Build and optimize databases using MS SQL (must) and PostgreSQL (optional). Write clean, secure, and reusable code following best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance. Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Use GIT for version control and JIRA for task tracking. Leverage AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity Required Skills: Strong expertise in .NET Core (must). Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC & Web API. Proficiency in MS SQL (must), including stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization. Working knowledge of PostgreSQL (optional but preferred). There should be no availability or responsiveness issues during the project. This is a 3-month project , and you must use your own system/laptop . Working hours will be 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST .
