Main Responsibilities (Mandatory) Handle sales inquiries professionally and build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Follow up diligently on leads from various platforms. Focus on converting inquiries into confirmed orders. Present company products and services clearly and confidently to clients. Prepare accurate quotations based on inputs from the Project and Management teams. Maintain thorough records of client communications from inquiry to project completion. After order confirmation, coordinate closely with the project team to ensure all product requirements are clearly communicated. Ensure smooth internal coordination and client handovers to facilitate seamless project execution. Act as a single point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, updates, and feedback professionally. Expected Outcomes Drive consistent sales growth and contribute actively to company targets. Shorten response times for client quotations and communication. Convert more inquiries into confirmed projects through follow-ups and effective communication. Ensure a smooth, well-supported client journey from initial inquiry to project delivery. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in sales (infrastructure, interiors, or construction-related sectors preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (more languages appreciated). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai/Navi Mumbai . Familiarity with CRM tools, follow-up systems, and basic quotation formats.
