Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager, based in Mumbai. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of wind and solar energy assets, managing technical teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing plant performance. Day-to-day tasks will include supervising service operations, coordinating with clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving continuous improvement in asset management and operational efficiency. The role will also involve preparing reports and stakeholder communication. Qualifications Technical expertise in renewable energy systems, including wind and solar project operation and maintenance Leadership and team management skills for supervising and mentoring technical teams Project management capabilities, including coordination, planning, and execution Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for addressing technical issues Excellent communication and client management skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards relevant to renewable energy Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred
