Dear Candidate We are hiring Customer support Executive for a Clothing firm Location: Tiruppur Experience - Fresher to 6 months. Required skills: Customer Support Executive (B2C & B2B) Job Summary: The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) customer interactions. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, following up on orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience that strengthens brand loyalty and supports business growth. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media for both B2C (end customers) and B2B (business clients). Manage website orders, abandoned cart follow-ups, COD confirmation, and delivery issue resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships with B2B buyers, assisting in order processing, product details, and account management. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order fulfillment and after-sales support. Track and record customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions in databases. Upsell and cross-sell products, highlight offers, and provide personalized support to improve sales conversion. Ensure proper communication of branding, product details, T&C, and order processes for B2B clients. Maintain professional, empathetic, and solution-driven communication. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and regional language (Tamil preferred). Ability to handle both B2C and B2B communication styles. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations.
