Executive Assistant (EA) - Delhi (Preferred) We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support across professional and personal commitments. The EA will ensure smooth coordination, tracking, and reporting, allowing leadership to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining efficient operational systems. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, meetings, and agendas Handle communication, reminders, and follow-ups Track projects and ensure timely progress updates Prepare daily briefs, weekly digests, and monthly summaries Maintain documentation, meeting records, and follow-ups Coordinate travel, events, and logistics with staff and interns Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree required (Business/Management/Communications preferred); Master’s desirable 0–2 years of experience as an EA, project manager, or operations coordinator Strong organisational and tracking skills; detail-oriented and dependable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms) Professional, discreet, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities Flexibility to occasionally travel and coordinate with international collaborators Location: Delhi This role is best suited for someone who enjoys creating structure, values precision, and takes pride in ensuring that systems run smoothly behind the scenes.
