Key Competencies We're Looking For: Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and payroll software. Hands-on experience with HR policy formulation, employee relations, and HR consulting. Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and work across cross-functional departments.
