Subtractor Pre-Qualification

Prequalification Associate is responsible for the overall flow of the prequalification process to ensure subcontractors submit the appropriate information and are evaluated in a timely fashion. The Prequalification Associate will manage and track submissions, escalations, and status changes for all subcontractors invited to prequalify in TradeTapp.

Essential Responsibilities

• Monitor subcontractor prequalification submissions in TradeTapp
• Upon notification of an application ready for review, follow the Guidelines to ensure information submitted by subcontractor is complete and accurate.
• Review information and determine if a status / limits can be assigned, or if escalation is necessary. Escalate to appropriate parties as needed.
• Track and follow up on escalations and/or requests for more information from the subcontractors. Communicate with the preconstruction teams if there are delays.
• Once all reviews are complete, assign status, limits and expiration dates per Guidelines. Consult with Risk Management if there are any concerns or questions.
• Work with Risk Management to continuously evaluate and improve the process. Identify points in the process that are causing delays or complaints from all stakeholders.
• Track and report the status of prequalification submissions as needed to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing expiration dates and renewal cycles for prequalification submissions.

• Strong preference for an individual with accounting experience or accounting degree, ability to evaluate subcontractor financials and understand financial ratios.
