Job Description

OneDiplomas Subscription Partnership 1. Role:The Partner will create paper solutions for their selected GTU branch (all semesters, as guided). The solutions must follow OneDiplomas' quality standards (point-to-point, simple language, correct length). 2. Revenue Sharing:The Partner will receive 9% of total revenue generated from platform subscriptions. Payouts will be monthly or quarterly, via UPI or bank transfer. 3. Ownership and Control:OneDiplomas is solely owned by Bhargav Chudasama. This agreement only provides revenue sharing on subscription earnings. It does NOT provide any legal ownership, equity, or decision-making power in the OneDiplomas brand, website, codebase, or company structure. 4. Credits and Visibility:The Partner will remain anonymous. No name, photo, or credit will be shown on the website or any paper solutions. Only internal communication and payments will be maintained. 5. Termination and Cancellation:Bhargav Chudasama reserves the full right to cancel this agreement and remove any Partner at any time without prior notice. If the Partner becomes inactive or fails to maintain quality, Bhargav may terminate the collaboration immediately. This clause ensures full operational control remains with the Founder. 6. Confidentiality:The Partner agrees not to share any platform strategies, internal documents, or subscriber data. The Partner must remain anonymous and refrain from discussing their work with external parties.
