Position Overview

As part of our founding team, we are seeking experienced teachers across various subjects. Candidates must be from Ahmedabad, fluent in Gujarati, and capable of taking ownership in a start-up school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the curriculum.

• Prepare worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.

• Maintain strong classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning climate.

• Track, evaluate, and report student progress regularly.

• Communicate with parents professionally and constructively.

• Assist in setting up classrooms, teaching materials, and systems for a new school.

• Collaborate with school leadership on academic planning and school culture.

• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and school events.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Education or relevant subject area.

• B.Ed., D.El.Ed., PTC, or equivalent certification.

• Min 3+ years of teaching experience from Grade 3 to Grade 12.

• Strong subject knowledge and proven classroom management skills.

• Must be from Ahmedabad and fluent in Gujarati.

• Ability to take responsibility, adapt to new environments, and contribute to school setup.
