Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Pre Primary

About the Role:
MDN Edify Education is seeking a passionate and creative Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Pre Primary to design, develop, and enhance curriculum content for early years education. The SME will play a key role in ensuring that our teaching practices and materials meet high educational standards while nurturing curiosity and foundational learning in young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design, review, and update pre-primary curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Content Creation: Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, teaching aids, activity sheets, and assessments.
• Training & Mentoring: Conduct teacher training workshops, provide academic guidance, and support classroom implementation.
• Quality Assurance: Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and observations.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with current trends in early childhood education and integrate innovative pedagogical approaches.
• Collaboration: Work closely with school heads, teachers, and the academic team to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education or related field (B.Ed mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pre-primary curriculum design or early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy, and learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
