Role Overview:

We are seeking a knowledge and project management expert to simulate and document workflows in Jira and Confluence. You will model agile project management processesincluding ticket creation, backlog grooming, and sprint executionwhile also documenting enterprise knowledge-sharing practices such as documentation structures, permissions, and collaborative updates.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

• Simulate agile workflows (backlog, sprints, epics, dependencies).
• Document Confluence-based knowledge management (wiki structures, permissions, collaboration).
• Validate AI-generated project and documentation outputs for accuracy.
• Model advanced scenarios: escalations, release management, cross-team collaboration.
• Provide best practices for knowledge management and agile project execution.
• Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on Jira experience in agile software development or project management environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply them flexibly to real-world scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on precise technical documentation in English.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Offer Details:

• Commitments Required:

  At least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST. (We have 2 options of time commitment: 20 hrs/week, 30 hrs/week)

• Engagement type:

  Contractor assignment/freelancer (no medical/paid leave)

• Duration:

  3 months.
