Subject Matter Expert - Coding

You will be responsible for developing well-researched content on Coding and keeping it updated. Your role will involve designing and developing Electronics and Coding related content for the K 12 sector. You will need to contextualize and develop technical content related to Coding as per the learning requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to conceptualize gamification as and when required. It is essential to utilize industry best practices and your familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and create content. Collaboration with various stakeholders like SME and curriculum managers for devising content will be a key aspect of your role. Curating the content to deliver the learning outcome, developing technical-based content based on Instructor-led training videos, creating FAQ & scripts, hand-outs, etc., and designing Coding related training modules will also be part of your responsibilities. Developing Learning Curve Analysers to gauge the Learning Outcomes (Assessments/Practices) and managing the team to maintain a smooth flow of operations involved within the team will be essential tasks. Qualifications required for this role include having a relevant Technical Degree and subject knowledge of coding. You should have 2+ years of experience in e-learning technical content development. Familiarity with Coding languages like C, C++, Scratch coding, Java, and Python is necessary. A proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio, impeccable grasp of English, ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management are key attributes needed for this role. Experience in the E-learning industry will be preferred. Good time management skills, prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary, proficiency in using computers and writing skills such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office, as well as knowledge of tools such as Articulate and Captivate will be advantageous. Strong writing, verbal, listening, and presentation skills are also required.,
