Position: Subject Teacher Trainer
Location: Office-based, Shastri Nagar

Key Responsibilities

• Craft structured lesson plans aligned with National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) and National Curriculum Framework (NCF) guidelines.
• Integrate experiential, activity-based and competency-focused learning strategies into the curriculum.
• Develop teaching materials, worksheets and evaluation tools for trainers/teachers.
• Collaborate with the academic team to standardise and refine content across subjects and levels.
• Stay updated with policies and frameworks of NCERT, CBSE, State Boards and other relevant educational authorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of NEP 2020 and NCF principles.
• Proven experience in curriculum design or academic content development.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
