Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sanand for a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensure efficient material handling and inventory control, and maintain safety protocols. The role involves managing the warehouse team, coordinating daily activities, supervising the timely movement of goods, and ensuring all procedures align with organizational standards. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage a team in a warehouse setting Experience in Shipping & Receiving and inventory management processes Proficiency in Material Handling and Inventory Control systems Knowledge of Forklift Operation and adherence to safety standards Excellent organizational and time management abilities Problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is desirable High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehousing or logistics are a plus
