Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Sub-Contracting Specialist to join our team. This role involves reviewing, managing, and handling sub-contracts, with a focus on ensuring compliance and supporting the team with relevant contractual requirements. US contracting experience is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Review and manage sub-contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. - Work closely with internal teams to track and manage sub-contractor agreements and deliverables. - Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to review contract terms and conditions. - Maintain accurate documentation and records related to sub-contracting agreements. - Assist in drafting and modifying sub-contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined. - Provide administrative support to the team, including updating Salesforce and handling related data. - Address queries regarding contracts and provide necessary clarification to stakeholders. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree is required. - 2-3 years of experience in handling and reviewing sub-contracts. - US contracting experience is an added advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and analysis. - Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
