Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sub Area Security Manager to join our team in Navsari. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in security management, with a strong background in CBG operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the overall security operations of the area.
Develop and implement effective security strategies to prevent incidents and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Conduct regular security audits and inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Provide training and guidance on security procedures to employees.
Respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in security management, preferably in CBG operations.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry-specific security regulations and standards.
